Summary

Percy Jackson had a hard life. He has dyslexia, ADHD, and hes never really made it a whole year at one school. He lives with his mom in Manhattan, and never really met his his dad. And later he finds out why. His dad is a god. But not just any god, Poseidon, the god of water who has sworn on the river sticks never to have any children. Also, Zeus’s master bolt has been stolen and he, Percy Jackson is blamed. Now Percy, his friend Grover the Satyr, and a pretty girl named Annabeth go an a quest to retrieve the bolt, avoid any monsters, and return it to Zeus before the summer solstice.
